Nancy Lynn Kupres is an amazing agent who works totally for you, and goes beyond the call of duty to make everything perfect for her client. She took care of every detail and negotiated our contract quickly and efficiently. She wasn't pushy and would show us as many properties as we wanted, as well, indicated that if we were not committed to any we had already seen, she would be fine with waiting with us till a unit came up that we wanted. That wasn't the case as we saw a couple we really liked, and she re-showed them to us so we could decide. No Pressure. That's important. She didn't make up our mind or put false ideas in our head...we made the choice totally. You cant go wrong if you have Nancy for your agent. We have bought a sold only a few times, and Nancy was the best agent we had in the bunch. Thanks.

When it came time to sell my father's condo, I feared it would be an arduous task, but Nancy Lynn and her team made the whole process so smooth-even for someone like me who was selling from out of state. I had heard very good things from other tenants at Sea Towers, and I saw her track record with closing other properties. In addition, the fact that she lives there herself really drew me to trust her knowledge of the local real estate market, since I was unfamiliar with it myself. She helped me decide on a reasonable listing price, and she also helped me decide whether an offer was worth taking or not, based on my unique goals. The house was under contract within three weeks, which was amazing considering it was listed the day after Christmas, and I really wasn't expecting very many people to be out looking at houses. I was able to sign all the papers online online or via US mail, and they even sent a mobile notary to my house, which was perfect because I live so far away. The whole process was a breeze, thanks to Nancy Lynn and her team. I almost don't even remember that it happened at all! :) I can tell Nancy Lynn is a hardworking gal, and she deserves all the praise she gets. She worked through the winter holidays and a bout of bronchitis to get my property sold, and she did so without complaint and in a completely professional manner. On top of that, she is friendly and kind and fun to talk to. I should also mention that when we were readying the property for sale, she and her husband we super helpful in advising us on what should/shouldn't be done, and event lent us some tools! Once the property was listed and I flew home, they went back in and noticed an area we forgot to clean (behind the fridge) and they cleaned it for us before the showings. She certainly went above and beyond my expectations for a realtor and I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone selling a property at Sea Towers or the surrounding area.

Nancy Lynn knows the market like nobody else. She's the consummate pro. I'd use her again in a heartbeat (in fact this isn't the first time I've called upon her to buy/sell.)

Our experience with Nancy Lynn Kupres was excellent. We were impressed with her knowledge of the condo association, federation and just about everything to do with with the purchase. Nancy Lynn's negotiations with the owner were detrimental with the purchase as well as making us feel thIs was the perfect fit for our needs. We are looking for way to living at the condo as well as friendship with Nancy and John. They made feel at home immediately which is great, since we will be neighbors. Nancy is very well informed and professional. More than just securing the sale, Nancy was a resource for all aspects of the process. She made arrangements for the inspector, guys to move our furniture and everything else right thru to the title closing. Couldn't have asked more!!
