Knowledgeable, but not pushy--she let us look around on our own without trying to tell us things until we asked or commented. Then she negotiated the contract promptly, to everyone's satisfaction. Prepared everything for electronic signature quickly, met us at the home for the inspection, acted as go-between for us and seller on all matters. Very professional and friendly. We love Nancy.
