She looked out for our best interest, She put a sign up immediately. we were always kept up to date of how our listing was going. Her Assistant Ann was really helpful, felt like she was on top of things. I would recommend Nancy to anyone who was looking for a realtor. I would also like to add that we wanted to list our cabin for more than we listed it for. Nancy showed us comps of other listings & sold properties & we realized we wanted too much. She let us make the decision of how much we wanted to list It for. After looking at literally a portfolio of pictures Sold & listed similar To ours, we decided to take her Professional advice & glad We did, we sold it in under 4 weeks.
