Buyer reviewI contacted Nance Mesmer via the internet from 400 miles away. I had seen one of her listings and was very interested in it. Nancy called or emailed me with an answer to every question I had, plus she told me about the neighborhood, the town, etc. I bought the place sight unseen due to the wonderful photos Nancy took and put up on Realtor.com. Plus I did get an inspection so I wasn't going into the buy without knowledge of what might be wrong with the place. We put a contract on the home, went through the closing, paid the money, etc, all without me phyically being there. Nancy is a very trustworthy and knowledgable realtor and most important, what I consider now a friend. I have almost moved into my new place in Brookfield, Ohio (everything arrived yesterday) and as soon as I get new carpet put in, I cannot wait to actually finish my move.

Buyer reviewFrom the time I requested to converse with Nancy, she was right there when I needed her response. I bought the home from her without even seeing it, although she did meet my sister who viewed the property for me. I live out of state and will be moving to Ohio soon. Nancy never seemed to mind when I would text with a question or concern. She referred me to people who might be able to help with repair or service since the home was bought as is. The whole buying process went off without a hitch and I am certain it was because of Nancy doing an excellant job for both the seller and myself, the buyer.

Seller reviewNancy had family knowledge of the mobile park. She worked with the manager to pass on all the important information that was needed to live in the park. She showed the mobile home the first day it was advertised. Nancy made many calls to make the transfer to the new owner quick and easy.
