Seller reviewWe highly recommend Nancy Robinson. We purchased a house in Ferndale with Nancy in 2013 and tried to sell our West Bloomfield property at that time. We were unable to, but were able to lease the house through Nancy and came back and sold it in 2015. In 2015, the market was better, we made more improvements to the home, priced it better, and, at Nancy's suggestion and with her help, had the home staged. We had a multiple offers within 48 hours, including one very strong one, and closed six weeks later. Nancy listened to our needs, helped us consider our options, and was with us every step of the way for over two years--much longer than she expected, I'm sure! Thank you so much, Nancy.

Buyer reviewNancy had a lot of experience working with people in my situation - residents moving from out of state that were unfamiliar with the area and housing market Nancy was absolutely wonderful to work with! She went out of her way to make sure we found a house I was happy with - and that's not an easy task! I had a long list of requirements and even wanted to leave some of the houses as soon as we pulled up. But Nancy was always professional and willing to work for me during all hours of the day and night! She is excellent and what she does and has so much knowledge about the market and area. I was so impressed with her keen eye for detail!
