Seller reviewNancy was phenominal to work with throughout the entire process of listing our condo for sale, though it went quickly! We met on sight on Wednesday, listed on Friday, and sold on Sunday! We spoke several times over the phone, met with her at Century 21 offices and finally she came to see our condo, spending quality time discussing pricing, marketing and the steps to take to ensure a stream of qualified buyers got eyes on the property. Her expertise and familiarity with the market and other realtors paid off and we were able to sell our property quickly so that we could avoid a bridge loan on our new home purchase! I would do it all again in a heartbeat with Nancy and her team!

She was very responsive and helpful but with no pressure whatsoever, I decided to sell and use her as my realtor and was very happy with her services, professionalism, knowledge and accessibility throughout the whole experience. Her assistant, Katy, was amazing as well; diligent, great with communication, and helpful in navigating our sale which was not without obstacles. I would highly recommend their services and I cannot imagine trying to navigate my home sale without them!
