Nancy came over about a month before we sold our house. She told us what we should probably do in order to help the house sell better. We did exactly what she told us to do and we had 2 offers less than a week, once it was on the market. She told us what to sell it for and it appraised 1000.00 over what she recomended. She was dead on with everything she did. We were burned a couple of years ago by one of youe competotors. This experience was completely different.
