We did all the research we could and we had expectations, but the reality of buying a home can be a little overwhelming. Natalie made herself available to us at all times, whether that was 7am in the morning, or 10-11pm. She always came prepared and kept us informed of every step, giving us expectations of what's to come. Her guidance helped make the experience of buying a home, enjoyable instead of stressful.
