Seller reviewNate was super helpful and understanding of our situation. He knew we wanted to sell fast, but didn't want to have a lot of people in and out of the house with a new born and all the animals. He cares about his clients and is not out to sell you something just to make a sale. Nate also gave me great advice when it came to negotiating an offer with the sellers and other potential buyers. He patiently walked me through the entire process from beginning to end and never left me "in the dark". I highly recommend Nate for his professionalism, experience and knowledge.
