Nazar came to our home for a potential listing appointment and we hit it off right from the start, he was friendly, polite, genuine and honest, he had an entire plan laid out for us on his pricing and marketing strategy. I can say it worked, we had our first offer within 24 hours of our open house and by the end of the week we have 4 offers and closed above our asking price. Buyer reviewBuying a home can be an overwhelming and gruesome process. Being a first time home buyer, our experience with Nazar has been great. Just when we decided on what Home we need to make an offer on, he guided us through the process, helped us understand how the price of the house works, he even for a print out of the listings in the same area so that we can make a plausible offer. The Educated bid we made, made the sellers accept the offer within 3 hours of making the offer. He was consistent in following up with the mortgage agent and also coordinating with the lawyers and making the process less gruesome for us. Even after we closed he was available to help us coordinate with the sellers regarding the heating and any other information we would need. To sum it up, a thorough professional, yet an approachable friendly person. Best in the business, someone who likes their job and it shows in their approach. Strongly recommend him for anyone who is looking to buy a new home.
