Since the buyer's agent worked out of the area, Nellie took on the double task of showing the house to the buyer and informing him truthfully of the history and condition of the house. When counter offers were made on the sale of the house, she supported the wishes of her client; something one does not see to often with other agents who prefer to be "fence straddlers" and compromise their loyalty to their client. When certain repairs were required by local, county or state law or requested by the buyer, she sought out professional and qualified services at a reasonable price and with the approval of the seller. When two extensions were needed on part of the buyer, she explained to us in detail why this was occurring. She was always in constant communication with us. Nellie Flores gave us invaluable information and suggestions as to how to stage the home and improve it's curb appeal and backyard appearance.
