She handled my girlfriend's house sale also which made our move together possible. She coordinated all aspects to the 10th degree. Buyer reviewNena Pelton has been so far beyond amazing in this whole experience. She has looked out for my interests from the day that I told her I was looking for a place. She was completely honest and told me when she felt like a home was questionable for financing or too much of an investment risk. Once I actually found the place I wanted to purchase, she was completely on top of the whole process. She was the calm in the storm and kept me from losing my sanity from all the craziness my lender was making me feel. When Escrow was finally closing, she made sure I got an awesome warranty. Getting the previous home owners out was a bit of a task, but her and the selling agent worked together to make sure it was zero effort for me and she continued to see me through the whole ordeal hand in hand. I couldn't have had a more comfortable experience with her than if my own mother had been in her place. I would recommend her 10x over and over!! She was the best part of my whole buying experience!!
