Nena has the exceptional qualities and experiences, including people experience, to make a deal come together and close in escrow. Nena listened, was highly responsive to our perspective, to our strengths and weaknesses, to care for us as individuals and as a buyer of real estate. Not easily done as our deal was mutually complicated requiring trust and confidence in the abilities of all of us to make it work. We expected professionalism. We did not expect to gain a friend whom we deeply value and appreciate as Nena Pelton.

If it weren't for her knowledge and experience I highly doubt I would be writing this on my new back porch!! She really went above and beyond to take care of my little family during this process. All of my sour feelings about real estate and realtors went away once I met her. If we ever do any other deals with real estate, she will be the person we go with. Always.
