Buyer reviewNereida is by far the best agent someone could possibly have when buying or selling a home! This was the second time we have used her and yet again she went ABOVE and BEYOND for us! Nereida helped us purchase our first home nearly 3 years ago, she turned around and helped us sell that home and purchase our new home this month! Did I mention she commuted constantly from NC back to SC for us as well during this process? We have become so spoiled by what she does and who she is that I don't know that we could ever use another agent again! We highly recommend Nereida for ANY and ALL real estate needs!! To top everything off, Nereida Cooked/served us our first home cooked meal in our new home the day after we closed! Can you say perfection?!! She couldn't have been better if she tried! We also had the pleasure of meeting Hector, Nereida's colleague and he was just as much of a joy to speak with and be around when Nereida couldn't be!
