As a 20 year resident of Volusia County, I have extensive knowledge of our local communities. I work hard for my clients to ensure the Buying/Selling process is as seamless as possible. I listen and communicate well, so that I can fully meet your goals. I have found that by using this approach, I am able to exceed the goals my clients' set forth. I was born and raised in Florida and have the knowledge of this area and surrounding communities; including public and private schools, hospitals, clubs, local activities, eateries, shopping and attractions. I am an alumni of Bethune-Cookman University and I am a member of The Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors, the Real Estate Staging Association and the National Association of Realtors. I hold the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES) and the Accredited Buyers Representative designation (ABR). My hobbies include interior design, reading, shopping and traveling. However, what I enjoy most is spending time with my hubby and 3 children! I am proud to be a Real Estate Consultant with Century 21 Sundance, a family owned and family oriented company, that has been a constant in our community since 1995. She totally went ABOVE AND BEYOND anything we ever thought or experienced with other realtors. She did so much leg work for us including getting us insurance quotes, home warranties, making several trips to the property on our behalf. She is a full service realtor and that means a lot to people who are professionals and can not be there for all the little things that go along with purchasing a property. She saved us money by having relationships with appraisers and home inspectors. She is an incredible person who definitely knows the definition of old fashion customer service and client relationships. I have already recommended her to several friends and relatives.
