Compared to previous brokers I worked with Nestor by far was the best. His knowledge of the market and areas in Las Vegas was outstanding. We have used him for buying our first home, selling, then buying agin. He was always available, anytime day or night and truly cared about our family and getting the best deal for us. I highly recommend him for any real-estate business especially if your coming from out of state, he's a blessing!! Nestor walked us through the whole process in selling and buying our homes. We felt very comfortable at all times, he made the process so much easier then we thought it would be Nestor was the best agent we have ever had, nothing compares to him. I did not trust realtors due to past experiences. Nestor by far is the best, trustworthy, caring, professional, I can go on and on....

Nestor emailed me if I want to sell my house. I was curious how he look, l checked him on facebook and I told myself this guy has a charismatic look. I emailed him back when I was ready to sell the house. I never try any other real estate agents. Nestor is very professional. He answered my questions and texts very quickly. Living in California and selling my house in Las Vegas, Nestor extended his efforts to help me in any way he can. He saved me a lot of money by suggesting what repair is really necessary to get my rental house ready for sale. He sold it fairly quickly and I was very happy.
