We went through Nick to purchase our house and when we moved out of state to Utah we chose Nick again to sale our house. He went above and beyond to do all the little things we couldn't do being out of state. Nick is very generous with his time; always being available when we needed him. Nick worked hard to get our home sold fast. It sold in less than a month and $10,000 over asking price! Nick is awesome to work with and if we ever move back to California we will definitely have Nick as our realtor.

Thanks Nick for always being there for us whenever we had a question. When we were ready to pull the trigger on a house with such little notice you did a great job getting us with our lender to make figure out how to make this work so we could move into our first family home.
