Seller reviewI would absolutely recommend Nicholas Musto. He was hard working, professional, & knowledgeable. I had never sold property before so it was important that I had an agent that was available to answer my questions. Nicholas was always accessible and returned calls immediately. He made selling my condo less stressful by openly communicating what to expect during each step of the process.

With the the unknowns of buying a home, Nick again stepped up and walked me through the whole process and calmed me when I need it. Communication was there between us. He has helped me in more ways that one. Even on his vacation i still got a call from him. I would recommend Nick to anyone that needed a Broker. Sales experience with Nick was excellent.

Buyer reviewFrom the first time we met Nicholas Musto he understood immediately what we were looking for in purchasing our home We feel that this was a very hard and difficult purchase The seller made it very difficult . We were very fortunate to have Nicholas Musto as our broker. He was on top of things at all times and kept in touch with us constantly if it wasn't for Nicholas we propably would have given up . He worked extremely hard and helped us get what we were looking for . We realize buying a home is not easy but when you are dealing with a very difficult and not cooperative seller it makes things twice as hard . Nicholas handled it extremely well and was professional at all times. We are very thankful and appreciate all the hard work Nicholas has done for us .If we or member of our family and friends need to purchase or sell a home Nicholas is the man that we would get in touch with.
