From taking the pictures, getting the property active on line, being very familiar with the area /surrounding areas, to working hard to be available to me for questions and updates. Nick always maintained a professional attitude. He assured me of his plan and explained his strategies. Nick is not a 9-5 agent! He was in touch with me when it was convenient for me. I wasn't even in the state! I was dealing with the 2 hurricanes in Florida! He knows his area of expertise-is very patient, easy to talk to, not a braggart and not pushy!
