Retired from the United States Navy after Service on Active Duty for 21 years. I have first hand experiences with the challenges Military Personal face when relocating on PCS or TEMDU Orders. VA Home loans and the process can also be a challenge. I have used my VA Home Loan Benefits to purchase my first home and then use it for an investment property.
I hold a Real Estate Degree and two Real Estate License (Texas and Colorado) and have been a Real Estate Agent since February 29th, 2013.

Nick was prepared at our first meeting to discuss properties in my area, home recommendations, marketing strategies, and the basic overview of the process. He made a stressful situation feel much more comfortable. In the process of preparing for a move out of state, Nick assured all things regarding the home sell were covered so I could focus on other details of my move. He provided a consultation with a stager, who helped me to better prepare the house for sell and a photographer who took unbelievable 3D photos and provided a virtual walkthrough of the home. Nick was incredibly thorough explaining the process and walked me through each step to better understand what to expect from selling my first home and felt like he had my best interest in mind through the process. I interviewed several realtors preparing for selling my home - I am so thankful I was able to work with Nick!
