Nicholas did a wonderful job. I have used him for multiple transactions now, and he is always eager to assist with any questions or needs that pop up. In looking at potential purchases, Nicholas points out potential advantages or pitfalls that I often didn't notice myself. He is very honest, and I always felt he had my best interest in mind. You don't always get that from many realtors, so working with him was very refreshing, and I would do it again in a heartbeat! I will be recommending him to everyone I know!

We had a pervious broker who we did not like at all. She was trying to force us to buy homes we were not interested in and when we decided to switch because of the pressure she demanded to be paid for the "waste of time" we were. We wanted someone who would listen to us, not pressure us, and not be in a rush just to get a commission and be done. Nicholas was that and so much more! As previously stated I would never want to work with another agent besides Nicholas and his wife. What Nicholas couldn't explain, which is very little, she was and expert on. I am actually sad that he is no longer going to be in our lives. We feel as though Nicholas is such a good person that we could have made life long friends. We hope that if we ever do need a realtor again he and/or his wife will still be in the business. Nicholas had our backs on everything. We couldn't afford a lot to buy a home (under 175,000) but we had a lot of wants, which led us to a lot of fixer up properties. Nicholas would tell us everything he spotted that would need to get fixed immediately, then give us honest opinions. He would always state that "I don't want to influence you in any way. I will show you what I see and let you decide from there." When it came to contracts Nicholas answered all our questions in a timely manger and made sure we were protected at every corner. We had a lot of amendments with the home we actually purchased and was completed protected and felt safe with every one because of Nicholas's attention to detail and ability to think of what we needed. I have already been handing out Nicholas's card to everyone I know. If we ever sell our home and start looking again Nicholas and his wife will be our first call. I am beyond impressed with him. He even traveled to multiple area's in the state with to look for homes. I felt 100% protected and in good hands. It makes the stress of buying a home a lot easier when you feel like you have someone in your corner who you can trust. Nicholas and his wife are the best team I think could ever exist in this field. I would never want to work with anyone else.
