I appreciated Nichole's positive attitude and kindness as well as professionalism. It was also nice as a Mom myself, working with another Mother. I admired Nichole's confidence to sell my house. That good energy is contagious. She was also very understanding, kind and professional at one point when we thought the sale might not go through. I'd requested not to be present at the closing due to having to miss work and drive two hours to and from the closing. Nichole and the company handling the closing were wonderful in their efforts to make this happen.
