When she told us that the property had a pending contract, rather than simply apologizing for our misfortune, she asked questions about what we had in mind and directed us to the property we eventually purchased. She was spot on when she told us we would absolutely love the property! Throughout the purchasing process, she was patient, personable, and professional.
