Selling our house was difficult although that was not Nicks fault more because of the location but he made everything after accepting offers on both houses simple and stress free. I was very hesitant on working with a realtor for the first time. Some can be more of a pain then they are help, but he was the exact opposite. Great guy, easy to work with, and I will definitely recommend him to all my friends when buying a home in the brookings area. Honestly at any time of the day I was able to text or call him. This was huge due to my weird shifts at work. He was always quick to get back with all the information I needed. Super easy to work with and stress free! That meant a lot to me!
