Nick Lucchetti was punctual, professional, and fun to work with. We had a great time viewing all the different houses (and fantasic wallpaper) during the ups and downs of the current housing market. He was always available to answer questions and made the paperwork easy. I'm happy to have worked with him!

When considering someone to broker the sale of my home, Nick was the only option that made sense. Having worked with Nick previously, I knew that he would educate himself to the fullest extent in preparing to sell my home. Nick also assuaged any ill feelings I felt associated with the process of selling a home. Though the process took a bit longer than I originally anticipated, Nick did a fantastic job communicating and keeping me up-to-date with the logistics required. His helpful, knowledgeable, and personable approach to buying/selling places him leagues above the other realtors I've encountered (who lack his patience and understanding).

Between buying a home, planning an engagement, and a vacation, Nick was still able to help us achieve our goals. It is difficult to express how amazing Nick is. He not only was the rock we needed through this process he was also a great listener to everything we had to say. There is not an area, personally or professionally that I think Nick doesn't excel in.
