Nick was with me, understanding me, and helping me from beginning to end. Very empathetic regarding my particular situation. I am very thankful that my builder highly recommended Nick to me because I was looking for a realtor who would take the time to understand my personal situation and my closeness to my family home instead of it being just another sale. He was professional and yet empathetic! He did his research and put together a beautiful description and pictures of my home on the MLS. Nick was thoughtful, caring, honest, thorough, and answered all my questions no matter how many nor how long it took. He took a genuine interest in helping me find the right buyers for my family home because that was very important to me and he succeeded! They love my family home and will take very good care of it.
