Buyer reviewWe were very pleased with our overall experience of working with Nick Stopper. He was extremely accommodating in adjusting his schedule to work with us while we were available in Myrtle Beach. He also did an excellent job of communicating with us long distance once we were back home in Pennsylvania. He was very helpful in giving us information of people to contact in the area to work with for our financial, insurance and legal needs.

Buyer reviewWhile searching for a home last March we met Nick on our trip from FL to CT. The very first day, bright and early we started our neighborhood and perfect home search which allowed Nick to find our "ideal" house. He took us to many neighborhoods that he thought would fit our needs. We saw so much! When we by-passed lunch time he offered to stop or continue. When we decided to continue he stopped at his home in our vacinity to get us "energy bars" to keep going before we reached a suitable stopping point. He introduced us to our builder and continued constant contact with us thoughout the building process, even sending pictures of the progress. We found a gem in Nick and after referring to our neighbors in CT, they feel the same!

He responded quickly to many questions and concerns we expressed during the negotiation and closing process. I've never had an agent show up at closing before to see that it went as it should.
