I selected Nick because I felt that any broker who took the time to do cold canvassing was serious about his job. Usually brokers don't do this anymore. He was a "Gentleman and a Scholar" from beginning to end! He knows real estate from beginning to end and gave me excellent advice and guidance----always with kindness and courtesy. My sale was closed in record time and with no "hiccups" due to Nick's vigilence and being a stickler on every detail. Nick was an angel because of my health, I was not able to do certain things on my own, but he stepped in and was on top of every detail
