This was my first time selling a house so there was quite a bit I didn't understand. Nicki was extremely helpful in teaching me all the things I needed to know to sell my house. Nicki was always available to answer my questions and stop by the house to check on things. I actually bought the house from Nicki and I was so satisfied that my wife and I had her sell the house after I needed to move for work. Nicki's extremely friendly and approachable, she's incredibly knowledgeable on the area and market, and strategizing a plan to sell the house. Considering that this was my first time selling a house Nicki made the entire process easy and we were able to sell the house at an excellent price.
