Nicole Fech was phenomenal to work with. In first meeting her, she was just a pleasure. She was very knowledgeable about the property we were interested in and very professional. She helped us every step of the way and always made herself available if we ever had questions or concerns. Even during weekends and off days, she made sure to know we could always reach out to her. Nicole was very timely getting us all of the necessary documents and worked quickly when anything needed to be changed. She even went out of her way to help us in selling our previous home. She did everything in her power to get us closed before Christmas. Thanks to her we got to spend the holiday in our new house. She was just wonderful. 11/10! We will absolutely be using Nicole again in the future and recommending her to all family and friends.

She is quick on her feet, absolutely hilarious, and emotionally intelligent, making any situation with her enjoyable and level headed. It was a joy to work with her on the sale of our house.
