Seller reviewNicole was professional and extremely helpful to get stuff done to get the property ready for sale as well as setting up the house for viewing. We use her to manage our rental property and while the house we were selling wasn't near her office, she took on the job to help us get my deceased mother's house sold for our family. Seller reviewBefore I sell the property, Nicole is my rental manager. I was very satisfied with her performance during that time and therefore when I want to sell the property, she is my no.1 choice. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and effective. She is instrumental in the planning and execution of the sales plan. Because I live in Hong Kong, I was not physically present at the property. Nicole has been acting on my behalf in getting the deal done. She kept me informed on the progress from time to time. I am very impressed that the deal was completed in a very short time and the sales price is 10% higher than my expectation.

More specifically, once the buyer did an inspection and asked for some repair funds, she took the initiative to get it evaluated by her own contacts to provide advice on the counter offer. This was the first time I sold a property, and was overall satisfied with this experience.
