Nicole's bubbly personality was a major plus! Nicole was very informative and explained things multiple times in great detail (and gave examples) to help us as we were first time home buyers. She was always there day or night to answer question. Our home buying process was stressful due to the bank with their intense requirements, but Nicole made many phone calls and helps us step by step. Nicole was truly amazing throughout the whole process.

I will say my time buying my first home was not fun and had a lot of complications. At one point I thought I would never get through it, the lender kept coming back with thing after thing and i was getting discouraged. Nicole was my shining light at the end of the dark tunnel pulling and leading me through this whole process. Nicole did not only her job, but part of the lenders job as well. She went through and helped me sort and figure out everything needed, she called often for follow up, she texted me updates when appropriate, she emailed me information that was helpful in going through the things, she even went out of her way to pick up and deliver a check for me. Nicole is the kindest, nicest, most wonderful realtor out there. If I went with anyone else I might not have made it to the end of the home buying process, I would have gotten discouraged and quit, but Nicole helped me in every down moment, and made me smile even when I didn't want to. I cannot thank Nicole enough for all she has done for me and I can't express enough how greatful I am. I now own a wonderful beautiful home and I am happier than ever. Thanks Nicole!!
