Seller reviewNicole has sold two houses for me, and helped me buy two houses. I first worked with her when another realtor was unable to sell my house after it had been on the market for 18 months. She put an effective marking plan in place, and had my house sold only a few months later. She has extensive experience in the mortgage world, has been a partner in a home building company, and brings all of that knowledge to bear when applying her uncanny ability to close tough deals. I highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking to sell a house in the Central Iowa or Greater Des Moines areas.
