What stands out the most is her ability to know "us" and what we were looking for once we started our search. She didn't miss a comment we made in looking at homes and tuned in to those details so she could "weed out" homes she knew wasn't for us and put focus on the ones she knew were a perfect fit. Going the extra mile to pre-view homes and take videos of them and send them to us showed us she was "on it" and would not stop until she found exactly what we were looking for. She was always available, flexible, committed, knowledgeable, driven, professional, and we felt she genuinely cared about us and had our backs in the crazy sellers market we were shopping in.
