I have a passion for real estate and serving others. I appreciate the value in real estate so much, that not only do I sell it, but I am an investor in it. I have the drive to do the very best for my clients and the support of C21 Scheetz behind me. I know the importance of being a good listener and communicator, having due diligence, being trustworthy, and treating everyone and everything with the utmost care. I bring those qualities all the way to the closing table.
My love, excitement, and drive for what I am very privileged to do today comes from my varied life experiences. I have an enthusiasm for working with people in order to help them achieve their goals. I began my career in social work, and I have transferred those skills real estate. Outside the office, I find my greatest joy with my family; we enjoy traveling being outdoors, music, theater and sports. I am extremely rewarded by volunteer work that I have done over the years, most recently as a budget coach with Habitat of Humanity for Boone County. For every sale, I donate 10% of my net professional fee to Habitat of Humanity Boone County in honor of my clients. Everyone deserves safe and affordable housing.

Buyer reviewWe had a small 3 day window to try and find a house. Nicole had over 10 homes ready to see the first 2 days based on the parameters I had given her. After day 1, I changed the price point and she shifted and had several ready to see the next day. We found our home at the end of day 2 and didn't even need a 3rd day due to how good Nicole was. I would highly recommend using Nicole for your real estate needs. I will definitely use her again if I plan on buying or selling a home in the future.

She prioritized our "must haves and wants", and if we couldn't find anything that fit our wants exactly, she explained what was easiest to give up and gave us lots of other options. She was very proactive and communicative with house tours and talking with builders. Once we decided on a house, she was a great resource throughout the process of inspection and tours. She was very detail oriented and stood up for us for the things we wanted. She was extremely kind and knowledgable. If we need sell our new house in a couple years, Nicole will be our first call.

Nicole was very friendly, patient, and always reacheable when required. She respects and prioritizes clients' opinion over anything and is quick to work on that. I can see through her work that she's a very passionate realtor and loves her work. Besides that she's inside and out a beautiful, good human being who's also involved in voluntary works in her community. We had a lot of questions while buying and selling houses, but Nicole always welcomed each of our queries and tried to the best of her abilities to solve them. I already recommended her to my friends and colleagues. One of my friends bought his home with Nicole's assistance after hearing from us and was also satisfied with her service.
