Seller reviewNidia is INCREDIBLE. She was able to price our condo appropriately to sell. She kept in mind the direct comps and what the unit would appraise for which minimized any issues we may have had after we signed the Purchase and Sale. We're currently in the process of searching for a new home with Nidia and she is responsive, quick on her feet, strategic, and creative. She asks all the right questions and I value her opinion greatly as an amazing agent but also as an experienced landlord as we're looking for an income property. I'm excited to find the perfect home with Nidia and I can't thank her enough for the work she did to make our home sale as smooth as possible.

Buyer reviewAbout midway through the pandemic, after a move to Minnesota to be with family, protesting injustice, realizing that our condo back home had no yard space and we needed pandemic proof income in the future, my partner and I settled on trying to do the impossible - find a multifamily property within 25 minutes of Boston on a teacher and an organizer's salary. Our first call was to one of our closest friends in our condo building whose brother became our mortgage broker, Eric Portnoy @ NewFed Mortgage. On his recommendation, we met with Nidia to begin getting our condo listed, and figuring out what our options were. I could write a novel about what happened next. We had a buyer for the condo and found the perfect house, but our offer was rejected - then accepted after we thought we loved something else, but we went with it. Then our first buyer's financing fell through tanking the dream house, sunroom, 2 car garage and all that would come with it that we were blind to (including what turned out to be a very shoddy foundation and questionable electrical work, an inevitable money pit) and we were devastated. Nidia was there for us at every step. She found us contractors to do the work when we found the problems but were too in love to turn back. She negotiated the price down thousands of dollars when we found those issues. She picked us back up when the deal fell through and encouraged us to press on, despite the timeline not being ideal, and then when our condo buyer fell through, she hosted another open house and had us 2 buyers competing, eventually selling for over asking price in just days. In the meantime, she scoured everything on and off-market for us. She called old clients she thought might be interested in selling, called in favors with a network of realtors across every city we were searching for (from Beverly to Boston) to see who might be able to do us a solid. And when someone did, maybe show us a place a day early as a courtesy or call us back before accepting an offer or something she'd grinded out for us and we'd decide not to offer on it, she never once made us feel guilty or like we put her out. How? I have no freaking clue. Because I would've blown a gasket. On this second round of house hunting, we saw close to 10 properties a week, probably eating through her commission on gas & business cards alone. We offered on 5? 6? 7? I can't even remember how many properties. We lost another buyer on the condo (again due to their financing!) and Nidia immediately circled back with a client she'd sold a house to a while back who was looking for a condo, and it was perfect for her, under agreement again, before we even knew what hit us. When we needed someone to be mad at, she let us. When we needed someone to talk us out of a dumb idea, she was stern with us. When we needed someone to dream with us she dreamed with us. After the strangest showing I recall going to we found a little diamond in the rough that hadn't sold, likely due to the unprofessionalism of the selling agent. Nidia stood firm with her, showed up to every appointment to make should we had support and backing, didn't let us get bullied out of things we were promised (like storage spaces being cleared out or repairs that had been agreed to before closing) and navigated the entire transaction with professionalism and grace that you want to teach your kids about. We FINALLY had the offer accepted on the house we now call home in December after starting this process all the way back in the Summer. It's not an understatement to say I might have fist-fought a realtor or two, or that my partner and I would have broken up by now, let alone not bought a house without Nidia being our partner throughout all this. And after doing all of this for us - she still answers calls. She still recommends contractors or will share landlording documents with us. She's like part of the family. This summer I'm getting my re

Buyer reviewNidia is a magnificent person who does her job fully. He helped us with patience by providing us with a lot of information and care since the beginning of our search for the house and even in closing it was undoubtedly the best, being very cautious protecting us from any damages that we might suffer during this process.

Buyer reviewNidia made this dreadful process of buying a house so easy. We were so fortunate to have her in our corner. We would recommend her to others in a deadbeat. She is so experienced but most importantly trustworthy.
