I have used Niki a few other times before... can check my other reviews of her. She is literally like family to me. She spent several weekends going on Sunday drives with me to find a perfect house/location. She is upfront, honest, and works very hard for her clients. I wished we had her in GA to sell our other house for us. Again, Niki is second to none. Unfortunately I have been so busy with my move, I took way too long to get this review in for her. I honestly can say, she knows the area and market. Listen to what she says. I wanted to move my other property pretty quick so I listed it at a few grand less than what she recommended. It was listed for less than a week when we had full asking price offers. I'm sure that it would have easily sold for what she recommended. I didn't personally care missing out on a few grand, but most people would care; and she can get that extra money for you. She's diligent, and will get your deal done (buying or selling), as quickly as you want it done. We hit a few road blocks due to my financial institute dragging their feet on the loan process. With closing imminent, I unleashed Niki on them. She gets things done without burning bridges. I love her.

Niki did an amazing job. We had previous experience with her as a neighbor but really got to know her better during the process of selling our home. Her expertise was essential in listing for the right price and in evaluating the offer we received. We had an accepted offer within a few days of listing, but the whole process took much longer due to poor performance by the buyer's lender(s). Through it all, Niki stuck with us and made sure to push the deal to a successful conclusion. She made herself available to answer questions, made special accommodations to deliver paperwork due to family health issues we were experiencing, and overall did excellent work. We are thankful to have chosen Niki to sell our home.

Very informative attentive proffessional

Niki is my favorite realtor ever. Unfortunately we ran into issues with my financial institute during part of the purchase of a new property from this sale. Niki helped push this through by contacting the loan officer; repeatedly. I can't stress enough how hard of a worker she is and will get your place sold. She also will spend whatever time it takes to find the right place for you. Niki was willing to go to Monroe, Tecumseh, and Bedford repeatedly until we found my wife's dream home... hundreds and hundreds of miles traveled over the last few months.

Niki was very patient & uderstanding in what proved to be a trying purchase.
