I had originally attended Columbus State Community College majoring in Early Childhood Development but then was approached a job selling New Homes with Centex. I honestly didn't think that would be for me but after 8 years selling New Homes I truly LOVED it! I then began to receive calls for Realtor referrals and passed out Realtor cards left & right! Then I realized why don't I become a Realtor. I was working with MI Homes at the time and made a very hard decision to leave and get my Real Estate License ASAP! I went to school full-time then took the test! Then I became licensed in 2008. I knew it would NOT be easy but I was determined to be a Top Realtor/Producer. I have a TRUE Passion for what I do and wouldn't change a thing! I have recently been recognized as the NUMBER ONE within the Century 21 region!

Seller reviewThere wasn't any other option for me. This was the 5th transaction that I have used Nikki and her team. She's earned my trust to be an honest and ethical real estate agent. I don't feel she's capable of taking advantage of anyone even when the market would allow it. Her commission rate still removed well below her competitors. She pours her heart into this job. She's become a friend through the process because she really does care about her clients. Buying and selling a home is stressful. It's a huge life event. Nikki and Cathie made it fun. Moments that would have been stressful were things we were able to laugh about. I knew that no matter what hurdles came along, these ladies were already jumping over them. Nikki and Cathie know their market. They are constantly improving their abilities and adapting to the ever changing market. My home was in contract in less than 48 hours from becoming an active listing and over list price!

Seller reviewWhat can I say that hasn't already been stated by previous sellers about Nikki Dinardo. I may be a little bias since she is my daughter but while watching her tireless effort during the sale of my home I can see why she is great at what she does. She is truly an amazing realtor and person. And she also loves her profession. I never thought in my wildest dreams that my condo would only be on the market, in contract and close within 10 days. Nikki made all of this happen with her relentless work ethic. Nikki also also helpful by giving me names of professionals in order to update my property to increase the value of my property. Nikki, thanks so much for being my realtor and daughter!! You are amazing!

Buyer reviewNikki went out of her way to go visit a house for us because my fiancé and I both live out of town. Nikki went to the house and gave us a tour of the house through FaceTime so we could get our offer in and see the house at a later date! It was super helpful and a relief that Nikki was able to do that for us! Totally went out of her way to help us along in this process and we can't thank her enough!
