Since I live in another state, it was of the utmost importance to have a dependable realtor that was very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Sunnyside, and who would handle any issues that surfaced during the selling process. Nilo exceeded my expectations in handling all aspects, including things such as getting the snow shoveled during a surprise snow storm. Nilo was always available and responsive for any questions and items to be addressed. I highly recommend Nilo as a realtor for anyone looking to sell their home in the Sunnyside area. I give Nilo five stars.
