Nina went above and beyond helping us find our first home. The market moves so quickly here, and Nina was amazing and helped us navigate the process and move quickly on our behalf when it was time to act. She is positive and friendly, and treated us like family. We would use her again to sell our home and buy our next one!

I had my mom assisting with the home search and when she inquired about a home on mine and my husband's behalf, Nina did an amazing job by sending several options daily. All of which included the must haves that my husband and I were looking for. Her attentiveness and eagerness is what sold me! I felt like our need mattered and she was just as vested as we were in the search. It was personal for her and I loved and appreciated that! There was a bit of confusion in the end with the title company we used to initiate the closing. That confusion led to us having to change the date we were able to meet. The co-signer lived in a different city. Even with the hiccup, Nina was determined to make things work and gave different options to accommodate the co-signer, so that he would not have to travel this way if it inconvenienced him to change the signing date at short notice. Quick thinking is always a plus! I can't stress enough how well-rounded Nina is as a person and professional! She is literally part of our family for life now! I'll go with excellent, since superb is not an option! Nina, you kept me calm and level headed throughout this entire process! We thank you so much for going to bat for us and hitting homeruns time and time again! Thank you!

We were looking for someone who could understand what we were looking for and work hard to find us the right house. We knew Nina is a hard worker and would be a great fit for us, and we were right! Nina did everything in her power to make sure we were taken great care of during the whole process. Our house was under contract for about 2.5 months contingent upon selling our old house, and she worked very hard to keep the builder (seller) happy when our first buyer on the old house fell through. She was great through the whole process!

We adore Nina. She went above and beyond when working with us. She listens specifically to our wants and needs. She is hands on and attentive. We would definitely use her again.
