Nina did a very thorough job of getting us into homes to view in a timely manner. She was able to get us multiple homes all in a row which was extremely helpful with our busy schedules. I learned about Nina from a friend and colleague at work. While I was TDY out of state, I became interested in a particular property. I contacted Nina (while I was out of state) and explained that I was a first time home buyer and was interested in a particular property. Nina took it upon herself to go check out the residence, send me pictures that weren't included in the pictures online, and gave me her feedback with respect to that residence. Once I came back Shreveport, I worked with Nina to find a suitable home that met my needs. Nina was patient, available, and there was good communication between us. I've tried working with other realtors before working with Nina and the experience working with Nina was much better than all the other experiences I've had with the other realtors. She recommended a mortgage broker/banker that allowed me to get a very competitive rate. We were also able to get a good price for the home. After the closing, she also didn't abandon me. I really have no complaints and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home in the Shreveport/Bossier City area.
