Seller reviewI emailed Nivia Lourenco on a Saturday drive back from the coast asking her if she would be our realtor. She responded immediately, and we met on Sunday and signed paperwork, and she took photos of the house. It was on the market on Monday, and we accepted an offer on Tuesday. I believe this all happened so quickly because she came over that Sunday and got the ball rolling with everything. It was the best experience ever. Nivia kept us updated through text messages on every detail of selling the house. This was exactly what we wanted. She kept us in the loop on every detail. Also, whenever we had a question, we would text and she responded with an answer immediately. Hands down, I will recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor, and if I every sell again, I will use her.
