Buyer reviewI have known Noel since high school. A friend of mine sold her home with Noel and had a wonderful experience. Noel was very professional and knew exactly what we had in mind as far as what we wanted in a home.She answered my text messages and calls promptly and answered any questions we had. She was "on" every detail from the time we looked at the house until our closing. Everything went so smoothly with the buying of the property. We would definitly recommend Noel to anyone needing to buy or sell a home.

Seller reviewIn my absence, living 6 hours away from the home, Noel Fratto managed just about every aspect of the sale from start to finish. From referring a crew to clean out the home, deep clean the home, meet with the locksmith, plumber, to constantly checking in on the home. Noel was reliable and professional. She checked in frequently to give updates and was extremely easy to work with. The home sold in less than a month! I would definitely recommend Noel!
