A graduate of Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, I worked several years in the accounting field. As a member of Century 21 Breeden's Residential Sales Team I have had extensive training on contracts, negotiations, market statistics, etc. which makes for a smooth and efficient transaction for all clients. With education, training and years of experience, I stand ready to meet all of your real estate needs. I am knowledgeable about the Columbus, Bartholomew County, real estate market in addition to the counties and areas surrounding Bartholomew County. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors, Columbus Board of Realtors, Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors and I am Relocation Certified. I enjoy volunteering, working with social clubs, serving my Church and spending time with family, friends and clients. The first time we met her, she took the time to sit down with us in order to understand who we were, what was important to us (not just regarding real estate), the property features we hoped for, our price/money constraints, and our timeline for finding a property and making a purchase. She was a great listener! We came to trust her immediately and drove distances to view her recommendations. Eventually, she actually suggested a property that was much different than what we had originally sought...but because she had listened so closely to us the day we first visited, it was PERFECT FOR US and we bought it the day of the showing. I am so thankful for this realtor who was able to listen to us with her heart. We love, love, love where we are.
