Norm is our listing agent for our primary residence and has been superb in his efforts to get our house sold. It took no thought on my part to ask him to list our rental property as well. This house sold in 7 days. Norm handled all aspects of the sales transaction with promptness and professionalism. This is the third house I have sold and by far Norm outshined every other realtor that I have had used.

Norm was professional and courteous in working with us and the other parties involved. He was knowledgeable in the different areas of the city and also had great expertise in the condition of the houses. He always had great recommendations and tips as we considered each house we looked at. He got to know our preferences quickly and found the exact house to fit us in a very short time. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend Norm to anyone.

Norm provided outstanding customer service and professionalism and I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him. I seriously cannot recommend him enough - I've had the unusual experience of being on both sides of the coin (buying and selling) within a span of just 6 years and I can truly say he is just fantastic at everything. Norm Muller was an excellant agent. We worked closely together even tho it was long distance. He took my needs into consideration of the sale and made it that much easier for me. He kept calling with prospective buyers and even informed me of buyers who were not so serious in the purchase. If needed, he would help me make decisions regarding some sales etc. I always felt that he had my interest at heart and evendually was able to find the 'perfect' buyer for me.
