Im easily intimidated when it comes to big purchases but she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the whole process of home-buying LESS stressful because everything was at my pace. I was in and out of state multiple times since we started looking but she was accommodating and patient and made sure that I had houses I can choose from when I got back. She also made sure I also had the resources I needed to find places on my own to look at. I couldn't be more grateful for Norma's guidance and expertise and will work with her in the future and recommend her to friends and family.
