She sent a postcard with her contact information, and when I called her, I discovered that she had recently sold another family member's house in the same neighborhood as my aunt's property. I was very confident after speaking with Norma that she understood the area and would be a great resource to us. By the way, the home sold within 2 weeks of being on the market, and Norma negotiated a fantastic price for us between 2 prospective buyers engaged in a bidding war. She did a fantastic job for us!
