It takes a lot to earn my trust, and Octavia did that with ease. We were buying in the middle of tough market (experiencing the effects COVID-19 had on the housing market). Octavia was always one step ahead of the game. She was always finding the perfect properties to meet our home buying needs. Octavia was very professional with the whole process as this was my first time buying a home I couldn't have gotten a better realtor. She was knowledgeable on every aspect of the home buying process and I felt safe and comfortable with her and any advice she gave about any properties she showed me.
