She did a very thorough market analysis for the property and comparables. She helped me develop a cost effective renovation plan and was there every step of the way. She followed up regularly during the two month while the renovation was underway. She was so sweet to bring some material and lend equipment to help move things quickly. She was a great moral support through a tough process. The property sold within less than a week. Ola was very quick to contact interested pay and to negotiate wisely and honestly. I simply couldn't have done it without Ola.
