Seller reviewI cannot say enough good things about Oscar. He previously worked with my mom when she was selling my grandfather's house. With her positive review of that sale, I proceeded to hire Oscar to sell my parent's home after their passing. Oscar was professional, reliable, helpful, trustworthy, pleasant and the list can go on. I live an hour away from my parent's residence. He made this situation easy for me, when I was worried about it. We worked together to keep things moving and to make sure the house was kept in good order while going through the selling process. I believe Oscar went above an beyond and like my mom said in her review of Oscar, I follow suit to say I was "200%" satisfied with his work and the results! Thank you Oscar from the bottom of my heart for helping me sell the house I grew up in...the only house my parents owned since 1966...a place I still called home today even though I didn't currently live there.

Seller reviewOscar Alban was a godsend! His attention to our needs surpassed my expectations! It is extremely rare to find someone so helpful, honest, and professional like Oscar! I reached out to Oscar about a year prior to actually discussing the sale. He impressed me so much during that initial conversation that I kept his number. Once we were ready to sell, I called him back. Oscar sold our property so quickly that it made our heads spin and sold our house at a great price. Not only did he sell our property, but Oscar understood the situation we were in and helped us with getting the house prepped. Simply amazing. Oscar truly cares about his clients! I can't say enough about Oscar. Best way of putting this is that Oscar is not just our Real Estate guy who sold our house, but is now a friend! Thank you, thank you Oscar!! If I continue writing, people will think this is a fake review, but it's NOT! From the bottom our hearts, thank you again Oscar!!
